Adam and I got married in 2013 and started Learn Music in 2014. I love that we get to work together. We have three kids, Reid, Elias, and Maggie, that are now 9, 7, and 2. I’ve always said they have music in their blood. With Adam as their dad and growing up surrounded by it at Learn Music, how could they not? While not a musician myself, I am passionate about art and the creative process. I love to paint, draw, and build. Creating art brings me so much joy and I love seeing how music does the same for our students while inspiring self-confidence. I would love to learn to play the piano and now have the privilege of learning a little while helping our son Reid practice for his lessons with Nancy. I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2009 with a degree in Interior Design and worked as the office manager at Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy prior to working at Learn Music. Being passionate about the creative process, I feel privileged to be a part of what we do at Learn Music.
